Trabajo en la investigación del proceso de fermentación en estado sólido, empleando hongos comestibles-medicinales y utilizando como sustratos a residuos agroindustriales. Me desenvuelvo en el área de Temas Estratégicos al abordar a tales sustratos como fuente de biomasa para procesos de incremento de valor agregado. Las optimizaciones integran diferentes eslabones de la cadena buscando hacer redituable/sustentable la producción de hongos comestibles y medicinales, alimentos de diseño (incluyen... Trabajo en la investigación del proceso de fermentación en estado sólido, empleando hongos comestibles-medicinales y utilizando como sustratos a residuos agroindustriales. Me desenvuelvo en el área de Temas Estratégicos al abordar a tales sustratos como fuente de biomasa para procesos de incremento de valor agregado. Las optimizaciones integran diferentes eslabones de la cadena buscando hacer redituable/sustentable la producción de hongos comestibles y medicinales, alimentos de diseño (incluyendo nutricéuticos), enzimas, bio-remediación, biofertilizantes, biocombustibles, bioomateriales, forrajes mejorados.
