Me encuentro en el estudio de la productivdad de hongos comestibles (Pleurotus ostreatus) y medicinales (Ganoderma lucidum) utilizando residuos vitivinicolas (poda de vid, orujo y escobajo de uva) para lograr su valorización en la provincia de San Juan y en la región de cuyo.
