Me encuentro en el estudio de la productivdad de hongos comestibles (Pleurotus ostreatus) y medicinales (Ganoderma lucidum) utilizando residuos vitivinicolas (poda de vid, orujo y escobajo de uva) para lograr su valorización en la provincia de San Juan y en la región de cuyo. Además estudio la implentación de camas biologicas para degradar residuos fitosanitarios utilizando residuos vitivinicolas y residuos del cultivo de hongo.
