Mi interés se centra en contribuir a la producción y consumo responsable de agroalimentos (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/es/sustainable-consumption-production/ ). En particular busco intervenir en el área de la reducción de las inaceptables pérdidas y desperdicios de alimentos, que se estiman en nuestro país cercanas a 1 kilo por habitante por día, y a nivel mundial a un tercio de la producción global.
