Mi formación profesional abarca la Microbiología, con énfasis en bacterias probióticas, contaminantes de alimentos, patógenas humanas y los mecanismos de virulencia y comunicación bacteriana.También se incluyen hongos como fuente de metabolitos secundarios.Abarca asi mismo la química orgánica de productos naturales principalmente aislados de plantas, productos o desechos de industrias alimenticias locales. Principalmente de industrias vitivinícola, citrícola, olivícola, especias y condimentos, jugos y bebidas fermentadas.La conjunción de las experticias me lleva a trabajar en la influencia de ambas ciencias en salud animal y humana, el desarrollo de productos con valor agregado en alimentos y salud *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
