Durante mi trayectoria como investigadora he adquirido una sólida experiencia en la formulación, desarrollo, caracterización y aplicación de materiales destinados al contacto con alimentos. En este marco, he trabajado con diversas técnicas analíticas, incluyendo métodos de análisis térmico (DSC, TGA), espectroscopía FTIR, cromatografía (HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS y GC-MS) e ICP-MS.
