Tengo experiencia en desarrollo de alimentos y materiales, especialmente los biodegradables, llevando adelante proyectos y análisis de factibilidad. Poseo experiencia diversas técnicas de caracterización de materiales tales como DSC-modulado, TGA, reología oscilatoria y microrreología pasiva, ensayos de propiedades mecánicas (tracción-compresión), permeabilidad al vapor de agua, sorción de agua, FT-IR, determinación de tamaño de partícula por light scattering, difracción de Rayos X, microencapsulación por secado spray, gelificación iónica y coacervación. En docencia universitaria, mi área de trabajo es Fenómenos de Transporte y Operaciones Unitarias. Combino investigación y desarrollo con la dirección de trabajos finales aplicados a la resolución de problemas en el sector privado, mejoras de procesos e indicadores de calidad con muy buenos resultados. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
