Graduada de la carrera de Licenciatura en Química en la Facultad de Ingeniería Química de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Abril 2020). He realizado mi trabajo final de carrera en el Instituto de Lactología Industrial (CONICET-UNL), dónde he adquirido experiencia en investigación y he trabajado con bacterias lácticas, medios de cultivo, técnicas analíticas e instrumentales y aplicación tecnológica en quesos. Actualmente me encuentro realizando el doctorado en ciencia y tecnología de alimentos en la Facultad de Ingeniería Química (Universidad Nacional del Litoral) a través de una beca doctoral otorgada por CONICET (periodo 2020-2025). El lugar de realización de la tesis es el Instituto de Lactología Industrial (CONICET-UNL) y la temática de investigación es el desarrollo de bebidas fermentadas con contenido incrementado de proteínas como una estrategia para prevenir los problemas asociados a la globesidad. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
