Durante mis 3 años de experiencia en investigación, he desarrollado habilidades en el análisis fisicoquimico de los alimentos, utilizando diferentes técnicas tales como: Gerber, kjeldahl, titulación por formol, acidez titulable, pH, cenizas, actividad de agua, humedad, indice de insolubilidad, entre otras. Además he llevado a cabo el diseño de estudios, recopilación, análisis de datos y presentación de resultados. He participado en proyectos de investigación y colaborado en equipos multidiscipl... Durante mis 3 años de experiencia en investigación, he desarrollado habilidades en el análisis fisicoquimico de los alimentos, utilizando diferentes técnicas tales como: Gerber, kjeldahl, titulación por formol, acidez titulable, pH, cenizas, actividad de agua, humedad, indice de insolubilidad, entre otras. Además he llevado a cabo el diseño de estudios, recopilación, análisis de datos y presentación de resultados. He participado en proyectos de investigación y colaborado en equipos multidisciplinarios. Por otro lado he adquirido experiencia en el área de microbiología a partir de becas de investigación en las que se llevó a cabo la formulación de mezclas antimicrobianas con efecto biopreservante en frutas. Por ultimo, es importante resaltar mi asistencia a distintos eventos científicos (Congresos y Jornadas).
