Como pasante, realicé tareas básicas de microbiología en el Laboratorio de Micobiología de los Alimentos de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ), donde también fui auxiliar de la materia Microbiología de los alimentos de la misma universidad. Además, realicé tareas en el laboratorio de Obtención, Modificación, Caracterización y Evaluación de Materiales (LOMCEM), de la UNQ. Luego me desempeñé como analista de calidad de una planta elaboradora de alimentos, para luego tomar el cargo de responsable de calidad de dicha planta. Durante este período se logró el desarrollo de nuevos productos que luego fueron comercializados. Actualmente soy becaria doctoral de CONICET y trabajo en el laboratorio Varsavsky de la Universidad Nacional de Lanús (UNLA), en conjunto con el Laboratorio de Investigación en Funcionalidad y Tecnología de alimentos (LIFTA), donde trabajo con materiales de descarte provenientes de quinoa, con el fin de analizar sus características tecnofuncionales, aumentando sus posibilidades de aprovechamiento como aditivo alimentario. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
