Particularmente en el aislamiento, caracterizacion y seleccion de levaduras para su uso en fermentaciones industriales y tradicionales de la Norpatagonia tales como vino, sidra, chichas, entre otras. También poseo experiencia en la selección y uso de levaduras como herramientas de control biológico, producción de metabolitos de interés como enzimas y toxinas killer.
