Durante mi Doctorado me especialicé en el área de la Biología Molecular (producción de proteínas recombinantes y su purificación), cinética enzimática y Biofísica (estudios de interacción proteína-proteína o proteína-lípido en modelos de membranas), fluorescencia (interacciones, estabilidad estructural, cinética).Además ejercí docencia en la FCQ. Realicé mi posdoctorado estudiando la interacción de monoterpenos y cetonas con sistemas de membranas lipídicas, cultivos primarios de hipocampo para ... Durante mi Doctorado me especialicé en el área de la Biología Molecular (producción de proteínas recombinantes y su purificación), cinética enzimática y Biofísica (estudios de interacción proteína-proteína o proteína-lípido en modelos de membranas), fluorescencia (interacciones, estabilidad estructural, cinética).Además ejercí docencia en la FCQ. Realicé mi posdoctorado estudiando la interacción de monoterpenos y cetonas con sistemas de membranas lipídicas, cultivos primarios de hipocampo para estudiar la neurotoxicidad de los mismos y estudios de citotoxicidad con cultivos de células inmortalizadas. En mi carrera como Investigadora Asistente realicé micropelículas de proteínas de lactosuero y las caractericé en cuanto a sus propiedades mecánicas, sensoriales y estructurales. Realicé docencia en la FCA en Química Orgánica, Físicoquímica y actualmente soy docente de la carrera de Licenciatura en Agroalimentos y estoy estudiando las propiedades antioxidantes y antibacterianas de compuestos bioactivos obtenidos a partir de hongos con aplicación en la industria alimentaria.
