Experiencia en investigación y desarrollo centrado en la innovación y mejora de productos alimenticios a través de métodos analíticos y científicos. Conocimiento en formulación y desarrollo de nuevos productos, evaluaciones sensoriales, estudio de tiempo de vida útil, información de rotulado y metodología stage-gate. Experiencia como investigadora en artículos científicos y asesora en redacción para publicaciones. Comprometida con el aprendizaje continuo y la adaptación a las últimas tendencias de la industria.
