Análisis de muestras como miel , propóleos , determinación de su actividad antioxidante empleando métodos espectrofotométricos, electroforéticos, cromatogràficos y electroquímicos. Estudio de enzimas ligninoliticas como la lacasa en la oxidación de diferentes polifenoles, empleando el Lector Beckman Coulter AD200 ELISA como tècnica de mediciòn. Actualmente empleo el equipo de potencial Zeta (HORIBA) para determinar la adsorción de las enzimas como la fosfolipasa A2 (presente en el veneno de abeja) a vesículas uni o multilamelares (Fosfolìpidos como: DPPC y EtherPC) *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
