Licenciada en nutrición realizando un Doctorado en Ciencias de la Salud con foco en la búsqueda de alternativas naturales a antioxidantes sintéticos, actualmente utilizados en la industria alimentaria y cuestionados por sus posibles efecto perjudiciales para la salud. Docente en la Escuela de Nutrición, FCM, UNC y en la Licenciatura en Agroalimentos de la FCA, UNC. A su vez, cursando el plan de formación docente en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas y formación de posgrado relacionada al área de investigación. Participo en proyectos financiados de investigación relacionados a compuestos bioactivos con capacidad antioxidante y antimicrobiana.
