Actualmente soy Investigadora Asistente en CONICET y Profesora Adjunta de UNER. Dirijo el laboratorio de Investigación en Tecnología de Biomateriales de UNER. Trabajo en el desarrollo de tecnologías poscosecha para prolongar la vida útil de alimentos y frutos de la región. Específicamente, mis investigaciones están orientadas al desarrollo de biomateriales, recubrimientos y películas, basados en polímeros naturales; así como también al aprovechamientos de subproductos industriales con propiedades bioactivas. A su vez, tengo experiencia en técnicas y métodos de Microbiología, para el control de superficies y ambientes de Industrias de producción de alimentos, y en determinaciones de vida útil de diversos alimentos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
