Trabajo en el desarrollo de tecnologías poscosecha para prolongar la vida útil de alimentos y frutos de la región. Específicamente, mis investigaciones están orientadas al desarrollo de biomateriales, recubrimientos y películas, basados en polímeros naturales; así como también al aprovechamientos de subproductos industriales con propiedad...
