Soy Licenciada en Bromatología (UNER), Doctora en Ciencias Exactas en el Área Química (UNLP) e Investigadora Asistente en CONICET. Desde 2005, desarrollo actividad docente en la Facultad de Bromatología (UNER), y actualmente profesora Adjunta. He dictado cursos de capacitación y de posgrado, participo en cursos de actualización en alimentos y capacitación docente. En investigación y desarrollo, mi trabajo se enfoca en la formulación de alimentos innovadores, funcionales y sostenibles, explorando nuevos ingredientes y tecnologías que mejoren su calidad nutricional y sensorial. Poseo experiencia en el análisis físico-químico de materias primas, alimenticias, productos semielaborados y terminados. Estudio tecnologías de conservación para optimizar estabilidad de productos alimenticios. He evaluado la funcionalidad de ingredientes mediante el análisis de textura instrumental y de transiciones térmicas. Mi formación en seguridad alimentaria me permite aplicar buenas prácticas de manufactura y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales en el desarrollo de alimentos innovadores. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
