Mi experiencia en CyT se centra fundamentalmente en el desarrollo y caracterización de biomateriales. En mi trabajo de tesis doctoral, sintetizé y caractericé nuevos materiales vítreos modificados para su uso en el desarrollo de microsistemas analíticos (sensores y biosensores) que permitan detectar y/o cuantificar diferentes sustancias de interés en matrices agropecuarias. Actualmente, investigo la utilización de materiales poliméricos de origen natural para el desarrollo de biomateriales destinados a la elaboración de películas biodegradables en combinación con solventes eutécticos naturales para recubrir alimentos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
