El día 17/11/2023, recibí la notificación de aceptación para ingresar a la carrera de investigador de CONICET, por medio de la convocatoria de ingresos CIC 2022 de Fortalecimiento en I+D+i para la Universidad Nacional del Comahue (RESOL-2023-2100-APN-DIR#CONICET), siendo la postulación para el perfil titulado "Potencial bioactivo de especies vegetales provenientes de la biodiversidad patagónica y de residuos agroindustriales para el desarrollo de nuevos productos de interés industrial". Experiencia en: - Aprovechamiento de compuestos bioactivos de origen vegetal, generación de productos con potencial funcional a partir de frutas finas (berries) - Optimización de extracción de compuestos bioactivos con tecnologías verdes de extracción. - Estudio de tecnologías de deshidratación (liofilización y secado por atomización), para la obtención de productos e ingredientes con potencial funcional.- Obtención de snacks con potencial funcional mediante tecnologías de impregnación.- Revalorización de residuos de la agroindustria en la zona del valle.
