Ingeniero en Alimentos, Doctor en Alimentos con Orientación en Ingeniería. Investigador Asistente de CONICET. Desde el año 2010, desarrollo mi trabajo de investigación en el Laboratorio de Microbiología de Alimentos del INIPTA (Instituto doble dependencia CONICET-UNCAUS). Además, desde el año 2019, dirijo y co-dirijo Proyectos de Investigación dentro del recientemente formado: grupo de Investigación en Nutrición Comunitaria de UNCAUS. Me desempeño como Docente Investigador Universitario en las Cátedras:-Bioseguridad, de la carrera de Licenciatura en Biotecnología (Profesor Adjunto)-Bromatología, de la carrera de Licenciatura en Nutrición (Profesor Adjunto)-Biotecnología y Sociedad, de la carrera de Licenciatura en Biotecnología (Jefe de Trabajos Prácticos) *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
