Tengo experiencia en el area de microbiología, he trabajado mucho tiempo con la produccion de etanol con bacterias (Zymomonas mobilis)y luego continue con la utilizacion de los microorganismos para la elaboracion de alimentos, actualmente estoy trabajando con la seleccion de bacterias para utilizarlas como cultivo iniciador en la elaboracion de embutidos carnicos. Tambien tengo experiencia en la utilizacion de modelos matematicos para la estimación del crecimiento de microorganismos y el cultiv...
