Durante mi carrera he trabajado en diversos proyectos de investigación nacional e internacional, en diferentes temáticas y áreas como microbiología de alimentos, inmunología (probióticos, alergia, etc.), genética, hematología, entre otras. Entre las técnicas y habilidades adquiridas caben destacar: Técnicas microbiológicas (bacterias lácticas y pátogenos); Diseño y elaboración de nuevos alimentos funcionales (nutracéuticos) y probióticos. Diseño experimental, puesta a punto, manejo y utilizació... Durante mi carrera he trabajado en diversos proyectos de investigación nacional e internacional, en diferentes temáticas y áreas como microbiología de alimentos, inmunología (probióticos, alergia, etc.), genética, hematología, entre otras. Entre las técnicas y habilidades adquiridas caben destacar: Técnicas microbiológicas (bacterias lácticas y pátogenos); Diseño y elaboración de nuevos alimentos funcionales (nutracéuticos) y probióticos. Diseño experimental, puesta a punto, manejo y utilización de diferentes modelos animales. Poseo certificado FELASA categoría B (ratones, ratas, conejos, etc); Cultivos celulares (estudios in vitro, ex vivo y líneas celulares); Técnicas de biología celular y molecular aplicadas a modelos in vivo, ex vivo e in vitro (microscopía, PCR, qRT-PCR, citometría de flujo, western blot, ELISA, ensayos cinéticos colorimétricos y enzimáticos, etc.); Técnicas de cromatografía (HPLC, UPLC, FPLC); Expresión, clonado y purificación de proteínas y alérgenos recombinantes; Técnicas histológicas e inmunohistoquímicas; Diagnóstico de enfermedades hematológicas.
