Como integrante del equipo de trabajo del laboratorio de Micología he realizado estudios de investigaciónrelacionado con el análisis de contaminación fúngica y micotoxinas en frutos, cereales y oleaginosas, a nivel de precosecha,post-cosecha y productos terminados. Poseo experiencia en el aislamiento e identificación de diferentesgéneros fúngicos, en la detección y cuantificación de ocratoxinas, fumonisinas, deoxinivalenol y alflatoxinas porHPLC, en el uso de diferentes técnicas moleculares y en el uso de herramientas de bioinformática. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
