Tomas de muestras biológicas, procesamiento utilizando metodologías manuales (observación microscópica colorimétrica o no, recuento celular/de partículas) o con equipamiento automatizado fotocolorimetrico y posterior análisis según valores, gráficos (histogramas, dot blot) y bases de datos. Preparación de buffers, centrifugación de muestras, determinación de actividades biológicas, cinética enzimática a partir de extractos alimentarios.
