I work in the Laboratory of Agrofood Chromatography. My doctoral thesis focuses on the analysis of bioactive secondary metabolites from selected Brassica species, using HPLC and HPLC-MS techniques. The research includes in vitro digestion models to evaluate bioaccessibility, as well as in vivo assays in rats to assess biological effects.
