Soy Investigadora Asistente del CONICET en el Centro de Investigación UTN en Química e Ingeniería Teórica y Experimental (QUITEX) (noviembre, 2023). Soy Doctora de la UNNE en Química, con Tesis titulada "Gelificación de proteínas de caupí del NEA". Mis investigaciones posdoctorales se basaron en el "Desarrollo y caracterización de leche vegetal a partir de cultivos regionales y su utilización en la formulación de otros alimentos" en el Grupo de Investigación en Química Aplica (GIQAp) del IQUIBA-NEA. Realicé una estadía durante 6 meses en el Laboratorio de Tecnología en Alimentos de ONIRIS, Nantes-Francia; así como estadías anuales durante 2013-2016 en los laboratorios del CIDCA, Facultad de Ciencia Exactas de la Universidad de La Plata. Poseo cursos de posgrados teóricos-prácticos aprobados en temas específicos como propiedades funcionales de proteínas alimentarias y reología de alimentos. Además, cursos de posgrados sobre metodología de la investigación, bioestadística, metodología de superficie de la respuesta, HPLC, electroforesis, técnicas de análisis de alimentos, entre otros. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
