En el año 2006 ingresé al Instituto de Lactología Industrial (INLAIN, UNL-CONICET) donde realicé mi Tesis Doctoral, luego mi estancia postdoctoral y actualmente soy Investigadora Adjunta de CONICET. Mi área de trabajo es microbiología de alimentos, más específicamente bacterias lácticas y probióticas en productos lácteos. Por otro lado también me dedico al estudio de aspectos funcionales de microorganismos o productos lácteos en modelos in vivo (ratones BALB/c). Tengo experiencia en el manejo de técnicas de microbiología en general, fermentador, liofilizador, animales de laboratorio, técnicas de inmunología (ELISA, inmunohistoquímica) y herramientas moleculares (PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
