Mi experiencia en CyT se centra fundamentalmente en el desarrollo y caracterización de biomateriales. En mi trabajo de tesis doctoral, sinteticé y caractericé nuevos materiales vítreos modificados para su uso en el desarrollo de microsistemas analíticos (sensores y biosensores) que permitan detectar y/o cuantificar diferentes sustancias de interés en matrices agropecuarias. Actualmente, investigo la utilización de materiales poliméricos de origen natural para el desarrollo de biomateriales dest... Mi experiencia en CyT se centra fundamentalmente en el desarrollo y caracterización de biomateriales. En mi trabajo de tesis doctoral, sinteticé y caractericé nuevos materiales vítreos modificados para su uso en el desarrollo de microsistemas analíticos (sensores y biosensores) que permitan detectar y/o cuantificar diferentes sustancias de interés en matrices agropecuarias. Actualmente, investigo la utilización de materiales poliméricos de origen natural para el desarrollo de biomateriales destinados a la elaboración de películas biodegradables en combinación con solventes eutécticos naturales para recubrir alimentos.
