Soy Doctor de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, área química Biológica e Ingeniero en Alimentos. Actualmente, estoy finalizando mi beca doctoral CONICET y además, me desempeño como JTP en la UNCAUS. Mi investigación doctoral se focalizó en el desarrollo de sistemas de delivery de compuestos bioactivos sensibles utilizando proteínas del lactosuero bubalino. Durante esta etapa adquirí experiencia en el manejo de variadas técnicas gravimétricas, volumétricas e instrumentales; entre las cuales puedo mencionar técnicas electroforéticas (PAGE, EC), cromatográficas (FPLC, HPLC), espectrocópicas (UV-Visible, IR) y espectrométricas (MS, RMN). Los resultados obtenidos se presentaron en congresos nacionales e internacionales, y artículos científicos. Paralelamente, participé en la dirección de tesis y becas de investigación de grado. En este momento, participo en proyectos de investigación tanto de la FCEN-UBA como de la UNCAUS. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
