Durante mi formación de grado, sumado a la pasantía realizada y las becas de investigación obtenidas, pude adquirir conocimientos y destrezas en temas relacionados a técnicas de cultivo y la manipulación de bacterias lácticas a partir de matrices alimentarias. Además, comencé a desarrollarme en el campo de la bioinformática, del modelado de proteínas y el estudio de interacciones de macromoléculas de interés biotecnológico a través del docking molecular.
