Actualmente, realizo el doctorado en Ciencias Biológicas en el Laboratorio de Biología de la Reproducción, Crecimiento y Nutrición de Crustáceos Decápodos de la FCEN en la Universidad de Buenos Aires, bajo la supervisión de la Dra. Laura López Greco.Mi trabajo de investigación se centra en la reutilización y valorización de subproductos pesqueros, con el objetivo de utilizarlos como aditivos dietarios en la acuicultura de crustáceos. La especie modelo de esta tesis doctoral es Cherax quadricari...
