This paper describes the theoretical-methodological design of the game "Erik pregunta," an educational game proposal aimed at promoting argumentation in children aged 9 to 12. Based on a socioconstructivist approach, the game seeks to develop argumentative skills through peer interaction. Argumentation is key in the educational process, allowing children to express their viewpoints, analyze others' perspectives, and defend their opinions in a reasoned manner. The game consists of "theme," "challenge," and "score" cards, which guide children to reflect on various topics (friendship, animals, technology, among others) and express their arguments in a structured way. The game was evaluated in terms of attraction, comprehension, acceptance, and versatility, meeting these criteria satisfactorily and promoting active interaction. An example of its use was the experience held at the Library, where children participated in rounds of the game, discussing topics such as animals and technology. This experience highlighted the game's flexibility, its ability to generate debates and reflections, and its promotion of empathy. The activity also included a question-searching component, encouraging curiosity and the ability to ask questions, which enriched the educational experience. This game is a valuable tool for developing argumentative skills in the educational field.
