The scientific characteristic of legal studies is usually under debate. The particularities that they have are not theirs exclusively but also can be found in other "sciences". However, many of these other disciplines are considered scientific even when they face the same problems. In this article I present a parallel between Legal 'Science' and Linguistics. To do so, I depart from an idea that is that to explore the structural coincidences and the differences the scientific objects of Linguistics and Legal Science is useful in order to comprehend from a new perspective the problems that are faced by the legal knowledge when it comes to approach to legal norms.Key Words
