Mi investigación actual se centra en el impacto epistemológico que tiene el concepto jurídico de persona sobre la concepción tradicional de la ciencia del Derecho y en la forma en que dicha disciplina se acerca a sus objetos de estudio. Las discusiones centrales giran en torno a la gnoseología jurídica.Ello a partir de la reunión de una serie de líneas de investigación previa: epistemología, filosofía del lenguaje y de la lingüística y retórica.
