The percolation problem of irreversibly deposited dimers on square lattices with two kinds of sites is studied. Dimers (particles that occupy two neighboring sites simultaneously) are irreversibly adsorbed on the lattice. By means of random adsorption simulations and finite-size scaling analysis, a complete (?1-?2-l) phase diagram separating a percolating and a non-percolating region is determined.
