We performed a geophysical study in Manzana de las Luces, in the city of Buenos Aires. We worked in two sectors, one corresponding to the courtyard of the House of the Jesuit Procurators and the other to an orchard, where the building of the Faculty of Exact Sciences was subsequently built, functioning until its demolition in 1973. In the courtyard, we looked for old wells and cisterns, and the limits of a previous excavation performed to discover the old basements of the House. In the other sector, currently a parking, we looked for foundations and old tunnels. Pre-feasibility studies were done to determine the penetration-depth of different geophysical methods. We worked with Geoelectrics, GPR and Multifrequency Electromagnetic Induction. According to these results, we surveyed the courtyard with 3D-GPR grids, using 500 Mhz antennas, and the parking with dipole-dipole profiles with apertures of 0.5, 1, and 2 m. In the courtyard, three cisterns were detected and the previously excavated sector was delimited. In the parking, by correlating ERT with the original plans (from 1895 and 1927), old structures and the trace of one of the tunnels were confirmed.
