The early stimulation program offers early childhood care to enhance linguistic intelligence, through skills and abilities in young children. Therefore, the research aimed to design methodological activities on the specification of the early stimulation program and application of the development scale for language skills and abilities on the scientific basis of neuroeducation. The field methodology was used qualitatively and quantitatively. Having as more relevant results that between the relationship of social personnel and integral development there was a notable difference in the students, as well as a positive correlation (0.586), demonstrating with this study the importance of neuroeducation in the development of learning in children of early ages.
