From the beginning of the third millennium a diversity of contexts related to the period between 1975 and 1983 were approached from the social sciences in general and from archeology in particular. From a case study in the province of Tucumán (Argentina), we present the technical and scientific contributions of an archeology of genocide involved with the processes of memory, truth and justice.
