This article proposes to explore the processes of digitization of social policies with a labor and / or educational component, based on the perceptions of the receiving youth. The methodology implemented has involved working with documentary analysis and conducting e-interviews mediated by Information and Communication Technologies and the internet. The links identified between youth-oriented social policies and ICTs and the Internet allow us to notice three axes: the first refers to the various formal and non-formal channels for the implementation and monitoring of state interventions; The second of them refers to the purposes with which young people receiving social policies have used these various platforms; The third axis is related to the particularities that youth-oriented social policies have assumed during the pandemic; and It is concluded that there is a complex network of practices, uses and meanings of ICTs in social policies that exceeds accessibility, where far from being configured as an isolated event, the results presented here manifest the social and collective character. Additionally, the various digital channels allow the identification of other spaces - in many cases not foreseen by the state administrations - that make a social use of ICTs, showing the "dynamism" they acquire from social policies in society.Palabras Clave
