A case study that allows comparing the precision of the topographic products obtained by photogrammetric restitution from an aerial survey carried out with a drone or UAV is presented. The case was carried on a 20-hectare lot in the Baradero district, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. Eleven Ground Control Points (PCT) were taken, which were used as Verification Points to estimate the accuracy of the Digital Elevation Model (DEM) generated from the GPS system integrated into the drone, and also as Photogrammetric Support Points (PAP) for the generation of a second MDE that included them in the restitution process. It was observed that the greatest errors in altitude (Z axis) in the DEMs correspond to Model 1, but nonetheless, these errors are distributed homogeneously throughout the entire surveyed surface and they have no meaning at representation scales greater than 1: 500. The choice of a suitable scale depends on the purposes for which the mapping will be used.Palabras Clave
