This paper is about the judicial treatment of certain disadvantaged social groups. For that purposes, we first define theoretically the conceptual tools of our approach, and then analyse two judicial cases through sentences in which the following can be evidenced: the re-production of gender, class and ethno-national stereotypes; processes of intersectional discrimination and also structural inequality. We also start from the idea that the discourses of the judiciary, especially those present in the sentences, are legitimized as an unquestioned and unquestionable truth and as such have a performative and instituting character.Palabras Clave
