El experimentalismo argentino: Nota metodológica para el análisis político

Resumen

The Argentine political reality is vertiginous, for that reason, a situation analysis is necessary. In this sense, the article proposes a methodological scheme that considers structural or long-term factors. For this, the author introduces the concept of “experimentalism”. This concept captures the short-term political dynamics conditioned to the political logic that regulates long-term political interests. The work proposes a modeling for the relationship between public goods and payment to political loyalties, which allows describing the specific functioning of Argentine democracy: “polyarchy in a restricted area”. While the latter does not explain the issue of Argentine experimentalism, it does allow us to understand why it becomes relevant today.
