Desde mi graduación de Ing. Electrónico (1988) UNLP he seguido una línea de formación en control automático con conceptos de inteligencia artificial. He abordado la supervisión local utilizando sistemas expertos, lógica difusa y redes neuronales para control y modelado. Luego, la supervisión global de procesos con sistemas basados en conocimiento, detección y diagnóstico de anomalías (1995, Doctor en Informática por la U. Valladolid, España). Desde mi ingreso a la Carrera del Investigador Cient... Desde mi graduación de Ing. Electrónico (1988) UNLP he seguido una línea de formación en control automático con conceptos de inteligencia artificial. He abordado la supervisión local utilizando sistemas expertos, lógica difusa y redes neuronales para control y modelado. Luego, la supervisión global de procesos con sistemas basados en conocimiento, detección y diagnóstico de anomalías (1995, Doctor en Informática por la U. Valladolid, España). Desde mi ingreso a la Carrera del Investigador Científico en CONICET (1998), mi tema fue Sistemas Integrados de Procesamiento de la Información y Control Avanzado. Luego evolucioné al Control Inteligente en robótica y robótica subacuática, mi actual tema de trabajo (2006, Postdoc en la U. Islas Baleares, España con acción Marie Curie UE). Asimismo lidero el INTELYMEC (INvestigación Tecnológica en ELectricidad Y MECatrónica) UNICEN, participando en detección y diagnóstico de fallos en máquinas eléctricas y nanoestructuras para la síntesis de nuevos materiales para supercapacitores.
