Licenciada y Doctora en Ciencias Geológicas (UNSJ - Argentina), posee una trayectoria de más de 14 años dedicada al estudio de ambientes de criósfera andina en regiones áridas y semiáridas. Su investigación se enfoca principalmente en Geomorfología de montaña y Geología Ambiental. Tiene experiencia con equipos de trabajo inter y transdisciplinarios, abarcando tanto ciencias sociales y geográficas como la interpretación de datos geofísicos, geoquímicos, sedimentológicos e hidroquímicos. cuenta con una sólida experiencia en el uso de herramientas geoestadísticas para la generación de información espacial multitemporal, así como en la gestión de grandes bases de datos y el empleo de tecnologías de teledetección y Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG). Actualmente, ejerce como investigadora del CONICET, donde se centra en la realización de balances hidrosociales en cuencas de montaña. Además, es profesora responsable de las asignaturas de Geomorfología, Criósfera de los Andes Áridos y Geología Ambiental en la carrera de Geología de la FCEN-UNCuyo. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
