Experiencia en técnicas de cultivo celular y viral: cultivo primario; líneas celulares continuas, congelado y descongelado de células; infección y transfección de líneas celulares.Manejo de técnicas de biología molecular: extracción y purificación de ácidos nucleicos y proteínas a partir de cultivo celular, suero y tejido tumoral de pacientes; detección de ácidos nucleicos (Southern Blot) y proteínas (Western Blot); amplificación de ADN (PCR) y ARN (RT-PCR); cuantificación de ADN y ARN por PCR en tiempo real. Utilización de técnicas de clonado molecular, mutagénesis dirigida y RFLP.Preparación de tacos de parafina y análisis de cortes de tejidos mediante los métodos de inmunofluorescencia e inmunohistoquímica. Purificación de células mononuclear de sangre periférica (PBMCs) a partir de sangre de pacientes.Análisis genético de las poblaciones virales mediante clonado, secuenciación y estudio bioinformático (Mega, ClustalX, BioEdit, Jmodel, Phyml): análisis de mutaciones y polimorfismos de los genes virales, sus elementos regulatorios y promotores. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
