Ha desarrollado temáticas de investigación relacionadas con la antigenicidad de los productos biotecnológicos en animales y humanos, la estandarización y validación de técnicas ELISA con el fin de detectar biomoléculas y anticuerpos, la caracterización a nivel molecular de la patogenia de entidades como la esclerosis múltiple, neuromielitis optica y la encefalomielitis autoinmune experimental y el estudio molecular de la respuesta a tratamientos inmunomoduladores para las mismas, como lo son los IFNs tipo I, la Ficocianina y la Ficocianobilina. Para esto se ha desenvuelto en técnicas de cultivo de tejidos, obtención de células a partir de sangre periférica, purificación de ARN y RCP, inmunoquímica, y citometría de flujo. Tiene experiencia en la evaluación de marcadores de estrés oxidativo, células T reguladoras y el estudio de la capacidad antioxidante de moléculas y muestras biológicas. También es capaz de diseñar experimentos y analizar e interpretar sus resultados. Tiene experiencia en el diseño, conducción y monitoreo de Ensayos Clínicos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
