Mi principal experiencia se ha centrado en investigación con matriz alimentaria y grupos poblaciones. Mi primeros trabajos (y publicaciones) fueron determinando micronutrientes en muestras de leche materna y apesar de haber ahondado en otras disciplinas mi tesis de magíster tambien la desarrollo en el área de micronutrientes. He ido incorporando diversos saberes para desarrollar competencias que permitan abordar los fenómenos o problemáticas a estudiar desde una mirada holística.
