Bajo la licencia en Biología, he desempeñado mi trabajo en áreas de biotecnología, microbiología industrial, micorrizología (donde hice una descripción de nuevas especies de HFMA relacionados a Rubus glaucus en los andes venezolanos) y por último, con especial énfasis, estudios en bebidas fermentadas, donde desarrollé una línea de cerveza de jengibre en Venezuela (Caribbean 5101). Siendo esta última área de investigación, mi mayor pasión. Las técnicas que domino son: realización de medios de crecimiento; replicación y conservación de cepas de hongos y colonias bacterianas; microscopía; bioestadística; extracción de HFMA; manejo de programas bioinformáticos; Producción de cerveza artesanal; Producción de gingerbeer; Divulgación científica; técnicas bioquímicas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
