Poseo experiencia en investigación aplicada al área de valorización de residuos agroindustriales, con énfasis en el análisis de compuestos bioactivos, calidad nutricional y estabilidad durante el procesamiento. He trabajado en la aplicación de técnicas analíticas para la determinación de fibra, actividad antioxidante, propiedades físico-químicas y contenido de contaminantes en matrices vegetales.
