Como Ingeniera y Magister de Alimentos he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar como Profesional de apoyo en investigación en el desarrollo de proyectos tales como:1.Fabricación y aplicación de recubrimientos comestibles y envases biodegradables para la conservación de queso Paipa. Un producto con denominación de origen. 2.Elaboración y aplicación de recubrimientos comestibles a base de ingredientes naturales; una alternativa para dar valor agregado y conservar la calidad de Agraz (Vaccinium meridionales Swartz) durante el almacenamiento.3.Desarrollo de pruebas de concepto para la obtención de ingredientes en polvo a base de Agraz (Vaccinium meridionale Swartz) mediante secado por atomización para a aplicación en la industria alimentaria. Por otro lado como doctoranda he trabajado en el desarrollo de materiales poliméricos biobasados y biodegradables en base descartes y productos subvalorados de la industria agroalimentaria con potencial aplicación como envases y envoltorios de un solo uso y como materiales biodegradables para uso agrícola. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
